For 4 Bedrooms (24pax - 3 big rooms and 1 small room)
Daytime - P 7,500
Nightime (overnight) - P8,500

For 5 Bedrooms (30 pax - 4 big rooms and 1 small room)
Daytime - P 8,500
Nightime (overnight) - P 9,500

For 6 Bedrooms (38 pax - 5 big rooms and 1 small room)
Daytime - P9,500
Nightime (overnight) - P 10,500

Peak Season Rates: Add 20%
PROCEDURE FOR RESERVATIONS:
1. All guests must make all inquiries and reservations through our Manila office (landline#5712809 or Cellphone#0922-8LGROVE) from 8am-9pm everyday.
2. Once schedule is confirmed available, you must pay a down payment of 40% to our bank account, which we will disclose to you. You must fax/email deposit slip within agreed time frame for management to permanently confirm your date. Once time has lapsed without any confirmation from you, management will then open your date for others.
3. Keep deposit slip as you must present this to resort caretaker upon check-in. Balance must be paid upon checkout.
4. Regarding cancellations and re-scheduling:
At least one week before scheduled date:
Cancellation fee of 25% of total package cost or
Re-booking fee of 15% of total package cost
At least 6 days before scheduled date:
Forfeiture of total deposit
Re-booking fee of 25% of total package cost
ROAD DIRECTIONS:
- Take Calamba Exit from SLEX - thats the very last exit.
- Go straight until you reach Calamba Crossing where you will hit your 1st major intersection.
- Make a right on National Highway Road.
- Go straight until you hit Miramonte Village to your left ( its right across Max Fried Chicken and Monte Vista Resort ).
- Upon entering village, turn right on the 2nd street - we are the corner house.
